PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION REQUIRED Per HOA rules and requirements, the resort requires registration for wristbands and parking passes. There is a $100 on-site registration fee required. You will be required to fill out a registration form prior to arrival. I will send you a link to pay and register, and they will send you a QR code. Upon arrival, you will show security the code, and they will give you the wristbands and parking pass for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Ongoing stucco repairs to the outside of the building may be disruptive at times. Parking garage max height is 6'11" and cannot exceed normal vehicle length.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
